Full Journal pdf2012-04-15 House Journal Page 2549 SCR 37 Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the following be taken up as a Special Order of Business: 2012-04-15 House Journal Page 2550 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 37 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 121, establishing the commercial charter fisheries revolving loan fund, the mariculture revolving loan fund, and the Alaska microloan revolving loan fund and relating to those funds and loans from those funds. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SCR 37 pass the House?"
